If the item you ordered is physically damaged originally / defective or is different from what was ordered or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a replacement as long it arrives back to us in the original condition.
Products will not be eligible for the replacement in the following cases
- Slight variation in the product color, size and appearance. As original product picture may vary than the product itself sure to light conditions or mode used to click the picture.
- If the Original product received is now damaged due to mishandling
- In case of damaged/missing pieces, the customer has a choice of either refund or replacement in next order. So please don’t forget to shoot the video.
- We are not responsible for damages in transit (Its rare but may happens due to transit handling)
- Onus to ship the product and bear shipping will be on the customer.
- Shipping of the replaced product will our responsibility
