Sizing Guides: we have ensured that where ever possible, sizes are mentioned in the pics or description to as accuracy as possible. Please refer to individual items pictures and description for details.
You may request returns for most items you buy from us, except those that are explicitly identified as
not returnable.
Items are returnable if you’ve received them in the following condition that is –
1. Physically damaged
2. Missing parts or accessories
3. Defective
Note : In case of damages/missing pieces, the customer has a choice of either refund or replacement in next order. So please don’t forget to shoot the video. We are not responsible for damages in transit (Its rare but may happens due to transit handling).
To enable the return, you would need to do the following:
- In case a Damaged product is received. We would need a 360-degree Video from first opening a parcel to showing the damaged product clearly. You need to attach this video with email
- The Return process needs to be initiated in 3 days of receipt of the goods.
- The Return process needs to be initiated in 48 hrs of receipt of the goods.
- Onus to ship the product and bear shipping will be on the customer.
- Shipping of the replaced product will our responsibility
