The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
- Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Handling, packing and dispatch takes 3-4 working days. (No shipments are processed on public holidays and Sundays)
- Once the dispatch is done please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery of the package based on the location. South India states usually take a little longer.
- Goods once sold will not be taken back
- Please note that in case of missing pieces/damaged items, we request you to send us the unboxing video within 48 hours to our Whatsapp number:9810160271
- It is a must and without the unboxing video we cannot process your refund or replacement request.
- The package will be delivered within 4 to 10 days (after dispatch) and you can see the movement of the package by through the tracking link. Please be patient and don’t pressurize us to track individual packages.
- Please contact us at 9810160271 if the package is not delivered within 12 days of placing an order.
- In case of damages/missing pieces, the customer has a choice of either refund or replacement in next order. So please don’t forget to shoot the video. We are not responsible for damages in transit (Its rare and may happen due to transit handling)
